We had a great experience with Ohio Valley Pure Water. It’s nice to work with a small local business that cares and knows its stuff. We had them install a water softener and whole-house filtration system. It has made a big difference in comfort and piece of mind. Mike was knowledgeable and helpful during the sales process. Ethan did a nice and clean installation and took the time to explain how the system works and what maintenance is required (which is minimal). Based on our experience we would recommend.

I called for service on a Tuesday, and they were at my house by Wednesday afternoon. We were having severe water pressure issues at every faucet. We had a reverse osmosis system installed in our basement and connected to the fridge and our water now tastes so much better! Mike (owner) was great to deal with from day 1 and responded promptly to texts and answered all of my questions.
